Aggregates include land-won sand and gravel and crushed rock, marine dredged sand and gravel, and alternatives including recycled materials supplied or used as aggregate. Heaton Planning are experienced and successful in obtaining planning permission for new mineral workings as well as extensions for existing mineral workings. Heaton Planning are also experienced in handling planning applications for ancillary developments associated with aggregate mineral operations, including concrete batching plants, asphalt production plant, and also amendments to operations.
