Heaton Planning has experience in the development of industrial and commercial sites, including the regeneration of brownfield land. Heaton Planning are currently involved in a large mixed use regeneration scheme at Stainforth/ Hatfield, Doncaster. Recent projects include:

	Project Name:	Stainforth and Hatfield Regeneration Link, Doncaster
	Client:	Waystone Ltd, Speed Developments Ltd, MOTO Hospitality Ltd
	Project Manager:	Simon Heaton
	Heaton Planning was commissioned to prepare and submit a planning application and environmental assessment for a package of regeneration proposals, including a new link road to the M18, employment development and environmental improvement.
	Outcome:	Granted Planning Permission subject to the completion of a legal agreement

	Project Name:	Hatfield Power Park and Power Station, Doncaster
	Client:	Coalpower Ltd
	Project Manager:	Simon Heaton
	Heaton Planning was commisioned to undertake an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), to prepare and submit a planning application and environmental statement for colliery redevelopment, including mining operations, spoil disposal, a 430MW power station, industrial development and site reclamation.
	Outcome:	Granted Planning Permission. The Company are now in the process of securing consent for a larger power station

	Project Name:	Clowne, Bolsover
	Client:	Waystone Ltd

	Heaton Planning are commissioned to promote an area of land (through the Local Development Framework) to the south of Clowne for a mixed use of business uses and residential development
	Outcome:	Ongoing with land now allocated in the current draft Bolsover LDF

	Project Name:	Stanton, Nottinghamshire

	Heaton Planning was commissioned to apply for planning permission for a change of use to allow for the operation of a motor lease company.
	Outcome:	Granted planning permission
