Under the provisions of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, Local Planning Authorities have a requirement to prepare a Local Development Framework (LDF). The LDF will be comprised of local development documents that will deliver the spatial planning strategy for the Local Planning Authority's area. In order to facilitate the delivery of future development it is important to promote new development and sites through the LDF. Heaton Planning prepare and submit formal responses and proposals tailored to a particular client's needs and aspirations. Our clients include:
