	Heaton Planning has been commissioned to undertake a desk-top appraisal of the planning policy relating to agricultural dwellings to ascertain the likelihood of gaining planning permission. As a result a planning application and supporting statement has been drawn up and submitted to the Local Planning Authority.

	Heaton Planning has been commissioned to prepare, submit and project manage two planning applications for the construction of flats at land at St. Mary's Church, Arnold.
