Liam joined Heaton Planning in 2013, and his responsibilities include: the submission of Planning Applications including EIA and project management; providing professional planning advice; the analysis of Development Plans and the preparation and submission of representations and the promotion of sites through Local Development Frameworks; co-ordinating appeals including preparing written evidence; site appraisals and development feasibility studies.

Prior to joining Heaton Planning, Liam developed his experience, contributing to and project managing proposals, predominantly for residential development, through the planning process from scheme evolution, through submission to determination for a wide range of private and public sector clients.  Liam has also been involved in the promotion of housing sites through the development plan process for a national house builder.
