Heatons have recently provided planning support to obtain full planning permission for a contemporary replacement dwelling within the Derbyshire Green Belt.

Green 2K Design provided the detailed drawings alongside Heatons’ supporting evidence which together successfully demonstrated that the modest increase in footprint was acceptable in principle and would have no significant impact on the openness of the Green Belt.

The existing dwelling was considered to be of limited architectural merit and its modern replacement incorporates a contemporary design would improve the appearance of the street scene. This was demonstrated through CGIs provided by CGInspired.
